This position will be responsible for web based applications as well as utilizing SQL Server. *Overall responsibility* - Develop clean, well-structured and optimized code to meet business requirements ensuring application quality and consistency - Actively participate in a small, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule - Test, debug, support, and document applications - Provide process improvement suggestions when necessary - Consults with - Application Development Team - Backoffice Support Team - All levels of management *Qualifications* - 4 plus years experience using Microsoft Visual Studio .Net C# – building / supporting web applications - experience with Telerik controls a plus - 4 plus years experience using Microsoft SQL Server (2000 & 2008 preferred) - Table creation / modification - Stored Procedure design / optimization - DTS packages a plus/ SSIS packages - Experience with source control software (TFS) a plus - Experience with Agile SDLC methodology a plus - Experience working with financial / sales data a plus - Enthusiastic about receiving constructive criticism in order to continuously improve - Ability to estimate work efforts accurately - Experience creating / supporting VBScript a plus - Willingness and desire to work in a team environment.
