Description: Job Title: HCM Production Support Analyst for Workday Description: This candidate will take on the role of a technical and functional analyst to help with the production support of Workday. You will be engaged in a number of different tasks supporting the team and taking ownership of technical/functional problems to push them to resolution. Will use analytical skills to ensure all reported incidents are followed through, all while completing project deliverables to an executive standard. Qualifications: • 5 year’s experience with Workday technical and functional knowledge • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and follow through skills are vital • Ability to acknowledge and escalate urgent matters accordingly • Multi-tasking during peak workloads with focused, detail-oriented work • Data analyst with exceptional QA skills • Create custom report using Workday Studio • Create complex integrations using Workday Studio • Experience with PICOF and ADP payroll interface • Experience with configuring HCM, Time off, Time tracking, Performance management, CWR procurement, custom field, custom org, etc in Workday • Prior implementing experience with Workday Partner • Prior Experience Business process configuration • Prior experience in Security configuration • Prior consulting experience Preferred Skills: • Global implementation experience • Triage support experience • Project management experience • Hands on to help organize and support team functionally -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
