Oracle Order Management Functional Analyst *Location:* Katy, TX *Duration:* 3 Months with chance of extention or conversion *Position Overview:* - The JR. Oracle Order Management Functional Analyst will provide functional support for the OM Module and develop areas described by client in interview. - Order Management consists of: (factories, warehouses, distribution centers, sales & service centers, and offices) operating the R12 Oracle ERP system. - The JR Oracle Functional Analysts will working on specific order management needs. - Candidate will have 2-3 years of ERP experience, specifically with Oracle eBusiness Suite. *Responsibilities:* - Incident Resolution: Perform Application Support for ERP enabled Businesses within agreed SLAs (service level agreements). This involves investigating issues reported in the Remedy help desk system to the Functional Support Team, responding to users in a courteous, timely manner, documenting case notes, problem cause & resolution. Provide innovative ideas for continuous improvement. - The successful candidate will facilitate acquisition of, and participate in, testing necessary system patches (Oracle Metalink) - Problem Resolution: Work with development teams - Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues as required to other provider groups such as DBAs & technical groups or software vendor support resources. - Support the system users and fellow teammates - Change Management: Follow and be an advocate for our businesses through involvement in quality assurance or regression testing of software before releases & upgrades.) *Qualifications:* - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. - 2-3 years of experience deploying or supporting R11i or R12 Oracle order management - Good understanding of other Oracle modules and interaction with Order Management - Fluency in English required - Oracle Configurator - Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS) a plus - Oracle Advanced Pricing a plus -- Thanks & Regards!
