As a lead engineer, you will: - Develop software and systems on test driven development and continuous integration practices. - Lead discussions with other engineers and partners to ensure development meets business needs - Follow industry standard agile software design methodology for development and technical documentation - Research related products and make necessary software recommendations - Resolve hardware, operational, infrastructure and application incidents - Innovate constantly and maintain the technical edge - Knowledge of Identity Management, Access Management, and Directory Services technologies including LDAPv3, SQL and noSQL technologies. - Experience building and using web APIs (SOAP, XML, REST, JSON, SCIM). - Experience with Java, development of servlets, Spring Security, etc. - Experience and understanding of OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML - Experience in DevOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce quality documentation.
