*Title: Salesforce Developer*

*Location: Parsippany, NJ*

*Duration: 4+ Months*

*Rate: 60/hr on C2C*



*Candidates Must have 501 Cert*



The Salesforce.com Developer will work with internal stakeholders and team
members to Analyze, program, and deploy Salesforce.com software packages or
code, utilizing Apex, Visual Force or other supported language and best
practice to modify or expand functionality They will interact with business
leaders, other stakeholders and the in-house Salesforce.com team to gather
and document business requirements. They will prepare detailed
specifications from which programs will be written, design, build and
implement enhancements leveraging standard Salesforce.com functionality
where possible and using custom programming as needed. Competent to work at
the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis
and programming activities. May be responsible for completion of a phase of
a project. Regularly provides guidance and training to less-experienced
analysts/programmers. This is a cross functional, hands on role acting as
part of a small team within WHG with no direct reports at this time.



*Specific Responsibilities*

-          Must maintain a thorough and up to date knowledge of current
Salesforce standard functionality

-          Able to interact and educate the WHG IT organization on
Salesforce.com architecture and best practices.

-          Able to make configure or code design recommendations in the
development and maintenance of custom  Salesforce.com applications. Utilize
full systems development life cycle or

-          Agile methodologies and best practices.

-          Write business and technical specifications and documentation as
needed.

-          Able to identify and evaluate Salesforce AppExchange tools in
support of Buy/Build decisions.

-          Work independently on multiple projects against deadlines in a
dynamic environment where consistently producing deliverables within agreed
upon timelines is expected.

-          Support unit testing, integration testing and review of business
training materials.

-          Data Management - Cleansing data, handling exceptions, and
proactively identifying data gaps and issues.

-          User Support – Case management, and application maintenance
(data loads, etc.)Candidates Must have completed training and passed the SF
201 Admin, SF 401 Certification or equivalent. Essential Job Functions

requirements gathering to UAT and
implementation.


-          Data updates, analysis, validation, and integrity checks on data
and reports, testing.



-          Business process support, requirements gathering, documenting
process flows



-          Report creation, maintenance,  modification on
Salesforce.com

-          The Salesforce product team facilitates the systematization of
business process improvements in support of company initiatives and
strategies.

-          Data upserts and workflow support Financial operations.

-          Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

-          State the specific levels of the following that are needed to

public accounting experience, CPA)

-          Education – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work
experience           Training requirements (licenses, programs or
certificates) – Salesforce 201 Admin Training  SF401 Developer Training

-          Knowledge and skills (e.g. demonstrated ability to work under
pressure, or possesses good written and oral communication skills)

-          Understanding of the client Business Model

-          Ability to manage and meet deadlines           Strong written
and verbal communications skills

-          Strong analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive
relationships among problems and issues

-          Ability to work effectively alone, in teams and in partnership
with other groups         Works with moderate level of guidance Technical
Skills –

-          Experience administering Salesforce.com, or coding in Java or
HTML

-          Ability to analyze and recommend Salesforce configuration
changes in support of enhancement requests.

-          Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and Visio        Knowledge of project management practices and tools
Ability to influence others to gain support and commitment for shared
projects
