Title: SharePoint Developer
*Description*
Individual to design, implement, and migrate to a specific policy and
process asset library (PAL) solution on an existing Sharepoint environment.
Existing solution contains a series of MS Office documents in a document
management system. The content within the documents will need to be
migrated into the new Sharepoint solution.
*Job Requirements*
3+ Years Experience implementing/developing in Microsoft Office SharePoint
Server 200/32007, Windows SharePoint Services 2.0/3.0, and Office Sharepoint
Designer 2007
.NET Development
Proven development and production implementation experience with Microsoft
SharePoint (specifically versions 2003 and/or 2007)
Experience developing custom solutions for SharePoint using web parts;
strong working knowledge of the SharePoint Object Model
Software development experience including Website design and development
experience using Microsoft ASP.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server, etc.
Effective English written and verbal communications
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and
non-technical users.
Familiar with all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
including initial design/analysis through deployment
Windows Server 2003 environments
SQL Server 2005

Ability to work well both in teams and independently
Ability to analyze business and technical scenarios
Strong motivation, self-direction, commitment and integrity
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting techniques and method for obtaining
solutions
Proficient in web application and business components design and
implementation
Must be well organized and have the ability to multitask
