*Please send resume to **s...@cncconsulting.com <s...@cncconsulting.com>* *Job Title: Business Analyst w/**State experience* *Location: Raleigh, NC* *Duration: 12 Months* *Direct Client Position* *Client: State of NC* *Rate: $50/hr on C2C* *The NC Department of Health and Human Services seeks a senior business analyst / technical writer to support the business process analyses and requirement gathering towards procurement and implementation of an Electronic Death Registration System project. * *Tasks include identifying and documenting business processes, identifying approaches to satisfy business requirements by conducting detailed analysis, document gap analysis, develop business and functional requirements specifications, assist with user acceptance testing, writing procurement documents including RFP etc. * *Work also involves interpreting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical business users as well as conducting business case development. This individual must support PMO activities related to project time tracking, work plan updates, status reporting, service metric reporting, and related project administration tasks.* *Extensive knowledge of business system analysis techniques and testing methodologies Required 7 Years * *Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and development of business rules and process flow. Required 7 Years * *Proven experience with business process design, definition and/or re-design. Required 7 years * *Experience with Business Analysis methodologies and problem solving Required 7 Years * *Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio) Microsoft Project Required 7 Years * *Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Required * *Experience in development of procurement related documents including RFP and evaluation criteria. Required 5 Years * *Demonstrable analytical skills and an attention to detail.
