*Must have: Amfam Data Modeling experience.* Job Description: Will work as a member of the enterprise data modeling team -Will work on multiple data analytics and BI related projects -Will work in a fast paced, Agile, process -Will work to extend existing ODS, data warehouse, and data mart models as well as to develop new data models according to enterprise standards -Will work both individually and with other team members -Will be guided by experienced **The emphasis needs to be on “analytic” data modeling. Modeling for replicated staging areas, slightly normalized integration areas and work tables, as well as dimensional marts. Required Skills: 1) Strong Analytical Data Modeler background/experience, candidate will be doing "hands on" data modeling. 2) Candidate will need to be experienced in both Dimensional and 3rd Normal modeling. 3) Candidate must take direction from Amfam Data Modelers. 4) Strong preference for candidates with professional Embarcadero ER/Studio data modeling experience. 5) Candidate must be a strong communicator, excellent verbal & written. 6) Candidate must be able to work in a team environment and individually. 7) Candidate should be familiar with Oracle, Greenplum, DB2, and preferably Hive/HCatalog. 8) Candidate must have excellent analytical skills and be capable of considering the breadth of potential data scenarios impacting their data model designs.
