Please send resume to ma...@genuineitllc.com *Title :Oracle DBA * *Start Date January 2016* *Assignment Length 12 month + contract * *Need Certified and local candidates * *Job Details* Database Administration for Oracle 10g, 11g or 12c. - Monitor and manage database and file system backups, logging and archiving, database users and security, database storage, and database performance. - Perform performance tuning; implement performance improvements; investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production database incidents. - Support multiple Oracle and SQL application systems databases in installation, maintenance, upgrades, and day-to-day administration capacities. - Identify, monitor, recommend and implement changes to database applications that insure a satisfactory end-user response time and reliability in database connectivity. - Provide expertise and recommendations for physical database design, systems architecture, testing, performance tuning, and implementation, including table and server operating system maintenance and troubleshooting. - Prepare and/or review database activity, progress and performance reports; keep accurate documentation. - Perform SQL monitoring, debugging and tuning including query performance.
