Closely work with Customer’s Process Excellence Governance Forum and Banking Organization; Need to a strategic partner in identifying potential process engineering opportunities. Leads and facilitates cross-functional teams, in the application of process engineering principles to design and/or optimize business processes and their overall performance. Manages multiple initiatives of Significant scope and complexity. Independently, under minimal supervision, performs complex work assignments and problem resolution across systems, processes or channels; may also conduct change management efforts of moderate to high complexity impacting one or Multiple Business unit’s cross-functional processes. Provides guidance to team members in the development and delivery of their work products critical to goal achievement and team success. Provides insight to TCS management & clients on issues. *Job Overview* *Tasks* 1. Acquires and applies advanced knowledge of the business and process engineering discipline. 2. Assembles key participants, leads, guides and facilitates cross-functional, collaborative teams in business improvement and development Initiatives using Customer Process standards and guidelines to optimize the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the process. 3. Identifies, validates and communicates business efforts. Utilizes knowledge of customers, products, processes and individual expertise to Analyze business problem(s) and determine the best methodology to resolve defect or issue. Synthesizes analyses, identifies root causes and Develops and recommends key work products. 4. Drives improvement efforts based on analysis. Analyzes processes to identify areas of improvement and provide appropriate analytics to Facilitate business effort prioritization. Conducts complex statistical analysis. 5. Serves as a resource to less experienced team members on escalated issues of an unusual nature. Resolves issues and navigates obstacles to deliver work product. 6. Identifies opportunities and potential process engineer solutions. Shapes vision, mobilizes commitment and leads team to change process, systems and structures to achieve vision. Provides insight to TCS management on issues. Identifies the information entities share across the business, and the relationships between those entities. 7. Create / Update Process Maps of existing and new processes (Using iGrafix tool) 2. Develop and carry out data collection and data interpretation 3. Identify and Document the Risks and Controls (RCSA) 4. Support in implementing potential solutions 5. Assist in establishing the key performance indicators and business targets 6. Perform analysis of data quality 7. Execute Failure Modes and Effective Analysis (FMEA) if required 8. Facilitate sessions on (Value Stream Mapping) to bring visibility in the process complexity and expose waste 9. Executive Presentation on identified opportunities for improvement 10. Detailed Voice of the member Analysis to derive the insights on customer experience *Skills Required :* 1. Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills 2. Ability to understand business processes and business problems 3. Strong Banking Domain Knowledge and analytical skills 4. Proficient in iGrafx or Visio, Excel, word and Power point 5. Value Stream Mapping, Statistical Analysis (Analysis of variance, Scatter diagram, Cause & effects diagram, Histograms/Pareto analysis/Pareto chart, CTQ, SIPOC, Cost benefit analysis) 6. Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple subjects and offerings 7. Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements 8. Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's process and technical architecture to determine what is and is not possible. 9.
