*Required Skills*
· Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with
technical and user staff
· Demonstrated experience with:
o Developing and maintaining database driven web-based applications – 4+
years required
o Developing database driven applications in a Microsoft Visual
Studio.Net environment with C# and Oracle 10g (4+ years required)
o Microsoft SQL Server through 2008 (2 years required)
o Object-oriented development techniques (3+ years required)
o 3-tier logical/physical architected applications (2+ years required)
o Crystal Reports Server and SSRS
o Microsoft Visual Source Safe, Team Foundation Server (TFS) and
Microsoft Test Manager.
*Nice to have:*
· Familiarity with:
o Department’s Workers’ Compensation Bureau business systems, processes
and rules
o DFS security and information technology related procedures
o Control-M, IBM FileNet P8 platform, and Windows Task Scheduler
o Previous experience developing applications for the Department of
Financial Services’, Division of Information Systems.
o Expertise, and experience with SCRUM
