*Business Analyst* Location: Irvine, CA Duration: 6 months Interview: 1) Phone 2) In-person preferred but video conference may be possible for non-local candidates. Required Skills and Experience: 1. Analyst with at least 5 years of IT, Business Analysis and entry level Project management skills. Strong technical and process skills with understanding of basic IT methodologies and terminology (Development, Maintenance, QA and Infrastructure). 2. Prior IT work experience in offshore setting with service providers. 3. Experience performing vendor/product/services evaluation, setting and measuring KPIs and managing service level agreements (SLA). 4. Excellent communication, organization, follow-up and documentation skills. 5. Ability to handle multiple tasks on short deadlines; must be very detail oriented and open to making firm requests from other persons. 6. Motivated self starter who functions well in a fast paced, rapidly changing and collaborative team environment. 7. Advanced user of MS Excel, Sharepoint, Powerpoint and Visio required. 8. Minimum Education Requirement Bachelor's Degree.
