*Position: Network Security AdminLocation: San Ramon, CADuration: 6+ Months* *Job Description:*Looking for someone who has experience in the area of IT Infrastructure on a large scale and is experienced and proficient in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP. Also knowledgeable of Virtual Directories, Federated Systems and other security and Identity/Access Management technologies. This position is a member of the Access Management Design team. The team is responsible for identity and access management technology design and implementation. Team designs solutions for various authentication and authorization directories within Company, that result in enabling better security, higher compliance, and more complete connectivity (3rd Parties/JVs). Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Leads and participates in global design and implementation projects with involvement of numerous IT professionals and business partners. Develops and implements processes to maintain the reliability, security, and efficiency of Identity & Access Management asset components across the enterprise. Provides consulting and level 3 operational support for identity and access management technologies. Provide direction and input into the 1-5 year asset lifecycle management plans for the asset component in alignment with strategy defined with cooperation from Technology Management & Architecture-Cyber security Enterprise Architect, and IRSM Security Technologies team. Identifies continuous improvement areas, creates new Lean Sigma processes and process automation to support step changes in operational efficiencies. Responsible for translating Identity & Access Management strategy roadmap to implementation projects. Develops and shares best practices with the other support teams that constitute the operational support teams for identity and access management technologies. "BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of direct or equivalent relevant experience (projects, technologies) Experience in information management, directory technologies, network security, enterprise wide application support Technical knowledge and experience - Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with any or all of the following (or related technologies); demonstrated subject matter expertise in one or more areas: Active Directory, Company's directory, DNS, DHCP, AD LDS, FIM, OIM, Windows, Linux/UNIX, Virtual Directories, Federated systems, gateway technologies, and other security and access technologies. Knowledge of how to apply these technologies across security zones, domains and forests. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with identity and access management principles and systems on an enterprise scale. Demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder engagements, gather requirements, and translate to functional and design specifications for solutions in this these areas. Experience in building standard operating procedures and processes Teamwork -- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships at all levels with operations, design, projects, vendors, peers, etc. Ability to influence and motivate teams, and work with a variety of disciplines, cultures, and environments. Fosters cooperation and collaboration among individuals on the team and on assigned projects.
