*Job Title: PC Support*

*Job Description:*

Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the
position and provides best practicing sharing within work group. Works with
client to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT
solution. Identifies and documents high-level requirements, maps future
state of the solution, and ensures the system/solution meets business and
user requirements. Responsibilities: Document and map business process and
requirements for the future state of the IT solution. Identify and
understand the end user's need. Facilitate the business process redesign
and documentation as needed.



*Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:*

·         *PC support & maintenance*

·         *Printer support & maintenance*

·         *Server 2008/ 2012 support including maintenance and patching*

·         Site Infrastructure & networking support

·         Project management

·         Provides technical product support, resolves level 3 problems and
incidents; interfaces with vendor as needed for technical assistance.

·         Works with IT Infrastructure in coordinating system maintenance
activities, including installation of software package, updates, and
critical patches.

·         Provides minimal *Active Directory* Support

·         Conducts vendor business interactions such as reviewing quotes,
overseeing support or maintenance issues, etc

·         Provide basic hardware and software troubleshooting

·         Diagnose broken hardware and work with vendor for warranty repair
and replacement

·         Approve, test, and deploy software updates

·         Maintain inventory of all hardware

·         Monitoring and troubleshooting network connectivity

·         Monitors and conducts system backups with off-site storage.

·         Performs vulnerability remediation

·         Works with site management to improve production process through
IT.

·         Analyze methods that reduce costs, improves performance, and
increases efficiency.

·         Audit systems regularly to ensure compliance of standards and
optimal utilization.

·         Use a ticketing system to respond to client requests.



*Education:*

2 year degree is required but a 4 year degree would be preferred.
