It will be this person's responsibility to coordinate and collect product information using Microsoft Excel,. *Minimum Qualifications:* Associates degree or higher in Business Information Management, or similar IT related subjects. 1+ years’ experience with data management and manipulation including proficiency with Microsoft Excel v-lookups and functions and working with large data sets of 20K+ lines Attention to detail and detail oriented to ensure information accuracy The ability to learn/utilize database query tools Ability to think critically, and understand relationships between critical issues *Preferred Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Information Management, or similar IT related subjects Experience in creating and running database queries Effective analytical, written and verbal communication skills *Responsibilities include:* Collect product attributes and images from data sources Transfer content using Microsoft Excel, Execute routine audit (refresh) procedures to assure product data (internal and external) remains in sync Provide operational support for all data syndication activities with channel partners Work with marketers, supply chain, channel partners, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely syndication of product data. Develop and end-to-end understanding of processes and systems. Identify root cause and resolve data synchronization errors Escalate quality issues to appropriate areas Maintain and report metrics on quantity and quality of work Process ad-hoc data requests from channel partners and IBG businesses Provide input on syndication system and process improvements.
