My client based out in Waltham, MA is looking for a .NET Developer (some offshore management experience required)
Looking for *locals or nearby candidates *who can attend final face to face interview *Position: *.Net Developer *Location: *Waltham, MA *Duration: *12+ Months contract Make sure these guys will mention about offshore management exp in the resume and they have a great communication skills *Note from the client: * *Number of years of experience is not important, technical skills are somewhat important. What client looks for more is that he/she can talk like a lead or a manager. The client will actually ask more business and process and communication questions. While they ask many tech questions to the candidate, the process question is the one that base the decision on. This is because client will ask process question in the interview.* *Q: In last few years what team problem did you face and how you solved it? ( Eg. problem can be like, there is time pressure and spec is changing, how do you solve it, or team members are new, how do you upgrade their skills? etc)* *The candidate who can answer this showing his team skills gets the other round of interview with the client, even if he has 4+ years of experience, but talks like a business grad.* *Job Requirements:* Skilled with Microsoft technologies, both client server and web-based.
