*Position : Microsoft Dynamics Engineer* *Location : Northern San Diego,CA* *Duration : 12+ Months Interview : Phone/Skype* *Job Description:* We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM developer with the ability to develop high value solutions for our business customers. The candidate will be expected to produce high quality, robust and reliable software applications, conforming to the defined data and applications architecture and frameworks. The candidate should also be team-oriented, effective in mentoring others, respectful of team members and their ideas, and courageous to act. * Job Responsibilities:* · Configure and administer Microsoft Dynamics CRM · Customize solutions by building plugins and making UI modifications · Integrate applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM API’s · Data loading - transforming data from other systems into Microsoft Dynamics CRM · Create reports and dashboards · Design, test and code customizations to applications and integration frameworks · Provide direction for automated user provisioning · Migrating solutions for deployment to different environments · Develop solutions with a team using Scrum/Agile methodologies · Advice business analysts on best practices · Performance test changes to the UI/application · Provide support for production issues · Mentor junior team members on best practices and company standards. · Effectively communicate with team members, customers and other IT teams · Cultivate working relationships at all levels of the organization and outside vendors. · Stay current with industry trends.
