*Skills/Experience Required*
· B.S. -Computer Science or Information Technology degree
· Minimum 5 years of Java Programming experience
· 2 years’ experience incorporating WCAG 2.0 into projects.
· Experience in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC)
· Hands on experience working on *health insurance programs* which
may be at the business or technical level
· WebSphere developer who has at least 2 years’ experience
developing and providing analysis using:
- Core Java
- J2EE
- Spring Core
- Spring JDBC
- AXIS2, XML
- XSD
- SOAP
- MAVEN
- Active VOS
- Java EE
- Apache open source Libraries, WebSphere
- Oracle
- Drools
- TOAD
- IID
- CMIS Workbench
- BIRT
- Putty
- WinSCP
- WTX
· Experience with working on a benefits enrollment system
· Experience with secure coding principals such as OWASP Top 10,
SANS top 25
· Experience with IRS Pub 1075 and NIST 800-53 rev4
