(See description below): Embedded C++ Mountain View CA Fulltime//Contract · BS, BTech, MS or PhD in EE required and/or · 8-10 years of relevant experience. · Hands-on experience in design, development and launch of *consumer electronic or healthcare product* is a must. · Strong knowledge of Operating Systems, firmware and embedded software principles. · Demonstrable programming skills in C and C++. · Understanding of basic testing, coding, and debugging procedures. · Experience with of standard protocols such as I2C, SPI, MIPI, and/or wireless technologies (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or other). · Strong problem solving and debugging skills for multi-processor systems with *I2C/SPI, USB* and other interconnect bus. · This is for a new group in Google doing R&D product development. · Skill level required is of expert level and hands-on programmer.
