6+ months contract *Job Description:* BS/BA, preferably in a technical or scientific field, with 5 or more years of IT experience or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training. This person must work with the highest levels of integrity and honesty. Airline industry knowledge is a plus. Must be performing satisfactorily in current position. Top 5 items for the position. - Must have a positive attitude with great customer service focus - Excellent written and verbal communication - Performs well in high-pressure, fast paced environment - both independently and as a team member - Must be willing to work any shift in a 24x7 Operation - Efficient with using HP Service Manager is a plus - Air Lines experience is a plus Responsibilities: The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting with coordinating the restoration for all of client potential and critical IT system outages while providing outstanding customer service, accuracy and timeliness. Responsible for support escalation, communication and assist with recovery procedures. Work closely with the TCC Duty Manager and other Support Teams. Keeps the TCC Duty Manager informed of all operational incidents. Analyst position is also responsible for documenting, publishing, and training operations personnel in various processes, procedures, and tools. As well as defining, revising, and documenting operations processes and procedures. Must be willing to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every 4th Sunday nightshift. Must be will to work other days as needed. Essential Responsibilities: - Performs well in high-pressure, fast paced environment - both independently and as a team member - Must have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - Efficiently escalates and engages appropriate support teams as needed - Effectively communicates with management, technical teams and client business - Facilitates technical bridges as needed - Tracks open issues and escalates as appropriate to insure operational success - Review support model and identify opportunities for continued process and procedure improvements - Coordinate activities with internal/external technology owners and service providers - Ensure the client IT standards and procedures are adopted and implemented - Monitors metrics, problems, trends, etc, in order to determine solutions and/or process/procedure improvements - Must provide excellent customer service - Efficient with using HP Service Manager is a plus Comments/Special Instructions: Resource will need to be flexible with which days they work and hours they work. Overtime, will be required as needed. They will be required to work any shift in a 24x7 Operations.
