Main Responsibilities: Codes, supports and maintains basic application development projects according to appropriate specifications. Codes, documents and implements programs according to the project specifications provided. Participates in peer reviews. Tests code; executes unit test plans for assigned programming tasks. Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software. Experience working with relational databases to facilitate programming software. Basic programming skills, personal computer and business solutions software skills. Analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs. Communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel. Ability to learn and expand on technical expertise. * Primary Skill: AS 400 - RPG,AS 400, COBOL 400 Top 3-5 skills & min. year experience required for each : * *AS 400 - RPG,AS 400, COBOL 400 * Onsite Coordinator for Kronos application. Monitoring the system jobs to verify all the critical jobs run normally. Migrating all Interfaces from* HRIS & JDE Application to KRONOS Application.* Supporting* WFM* application to ensure schedules and PTOs are uploaded for all divisions. First point of contact for all Production issues in KRONOS application during US Business Hours. Coordinate with offshore team for deliverables. Work with business users on requirement gathering and prepare High Level Design Document. Work on emergency issues and resolving them within SLAs.
