*Interview : Phone and In person required by the client* Background: The HEDIS Business Analyst will conduct workshops with key internal and external stakeholders to elicit business requirements. This person will have HEDIS subject matter expertise and will have primary responsibility to gather business requirements, write use cases and functional specifications. In this role, the HEDIS BA will work closely with the Lead Data Analyst in providing industry-specific business context in the assessment of data quality issues. Abilities/Responsibilities: 75% of time – Conduct Joint Requirements Planning (JRP) sessions to elicit business requirements and conduct reviews with key stakeholders 25% of time – Write business requirements, use cases and functional specifications. Utilize RTM.
