The scope of work to be performed by the Contractor includes the following: a. Develop n-Tier Microsoft .Net web applications using C#.NET and Visual Studio b. Write necessary stored procedures for databases c. Work within and/or lead a development/user team during development d. Knowledge transfer and mentoring of State employees in reference to assignments as needed e. Review common requirements and build any controls and master/base pages that may span modules f. Perform unit and system testing to ensure system conforms to detailed requirement specifications g. Update and produce documentation Qualification Requirements for the Contractor. a. Required Skills (within the last 5-7 years) 1) Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and user staff 2) Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining database driven web-based applications – 4+ years required 3) Demonstrated experience with developing database driven applications in a Microsoft Visual Studio.Net environment with C# and SQL Server – 4+ years required 4) Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SQL Server through 2008– 2 years required 5) Demonstrated experience with object-oriented development techniques – 3+ years required 6) Demonstrated experience with *3-tier logical/physical architected applications* – 2+ years required 7) Demonstrated experience with *Crystal Reports Server and SSRS* 8) Demonstrated experience with *Microsoft Visual Source Safe*, *Team Foundation Server (TFS)* and *Microsoft* *Test Manager* b.
