PeopleSoft Business Analyst
Duration:  5+ Months
Location:  Minneapolis, MN

*Must have EXCELLENT experience working with business users and gathering
requirements.*

Role 1:
Business Analyst - PeopleSoft
70% functional (working with a business)/ 30% technical (helping resolve
configuration and technical issues - some light SQL development)
1. Implementing or upgrading Peoplesoft Core HR job and position management
modules
2. PeopleSoft Techno-functional Experience -
3. HPQC experience
- Minimally 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in PeopleSoft’s HCM
Modules with focus on core HR functions
- Minimally 2 years of experience in a PeopleSoft implementation or upgrade
for PS HCM
- Experience with HP Quality Center

Role 2:
Business Analyst - PeopleSoft
70% functional (working with a business)/ 30% technical (helping resolve
configuration and technical issues - no development)
1. Experience with a PeopleSoft upgrade or roll-out within HCM modules of
Payroll for North America, Time and Labor, Absence Management and truly
understanding the business' needs
2. Experience doing test scripts within HP Quality Center for payroll test
and Tax updates
3. Ability to write complex and simple SQL queries
