Web Developer South Brunswick, NJ Position Description Seeking a consultant to help develop cutting edge web applications. The successful candidate will be an information technology specialist with experience in the latest web technologies who can work with minimal supervision. This person will be joining an excellent development team. Responsibilities/Accountabilities: ● Develop code to meet the product requirements and to comply with the industry standards. ● Participates in business analysis, systems analysis/consulting and systems design.` ● Coding style that follows standard guidelines and tools. ● Proven good judgment when it comes to implementing design. ● Builds and executes rigorous and thorough testing plans for software. ● Applies current software engineering methods/practices. Experience/Skills: ● 6+ years development software solutions to solve complex, business-critical challenges with demonstrated experience in independent technical leadership or senior architect role. ● 6+ years’ experience using “Web Development” methodologies. ● Strong Object Oriented Design/Development skills. ● Solid knowledge of REST principals, XHTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Javascript, backbone, bootstrap, jQuery (not just libraries, though). ● 3+ years experience with node.js. ● 2+ years experience with AngularJS and React. ● In depth knowledge in implementing business system solutions with regard to application architectures, development tools and application engineering methods/practices.
