We have a requirement for a PeopleSoft Developer.
We have a requirement a PeopleSoft Developer-HCM T&L
Position: PeopleSoft Developer- Human Capital Management System (HCM) Time
and Labor Module and Defect Support.
Duration: 6 months
Location: Sacramento, CA
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Must have experience in PeopleSoft Data structure.
· Must have experience with data mapping and development of
interfaces
· Must follow ITSB technical standards and requirements.
· Must follow Agency policies and procedures.
· Must thoroughly transition and train the identified staff who
will be maintaining the new solutions.
· Must have strong interpersonal skills and follow Agency Core
Values
· Must have at least three (3) years of experience in PeopleSoft
Time and Labor development, configuration and documentation
· Must have at least five (5) years of PeopleSoft developer
experience. The experience must be acquired within the last seven (7) years.
· Must have at least three (3) years of experience developing
and/or supporting web applications for Governmental systems. The experience
must be acquired within the last five (5) years.
· Must have at least three (3) years of experience participating in
facilitating Joint Application Development sessions. The experience must be
acquired within the last five (5) years
· Must have at least three (3) years of experience participating in
Rapid Results sessions.
· Must have at least three (3) years of Requirements Traceability
Matrix Development experience. The experience must be acquired within the
last five (5) years.
DUTIES
· Provide analysis of the PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor module for
efficiency and processing improvements; update functional and design
specifications for the PeopleSoft Time and Labor module; assist in
addressing open defects and requested enhancements.
· Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for all applicable
activities, as described below:
· Create, maintain and provide updated requirement, system design
and configuration documentation reflecting any changes of the PeopleSoft
HCM system
· Provide proper documentation, including functional and technical
requirements, process framework, high level design documents, custom report
descriptions, and procedural user guides for any custom processes
· Perform ongoing knowledge transfer with Agency staff for defect
repairs, developed enhancements, application support.
· Work with Agency staff to develop a transition plan detailing any
outstanding activities that internal staff will be required to manage to
completion, upon contract end date.
· Inform Agency staffs of industry standards and platform changes
that impact the scope of work and related systems. Provide appropriate
documentation, as required.
· Provide ad hoc knowledge transfer regarding historical system
design and changes, and informal training on system configuration, report
design, Custom Objects and overall functionality to Staff and related
resources
