*Role: Sr. Project Manager (.Net Background)* *Location: Boston, MA*
*Duration: 6 months assignment initially but could definitely go longer.* The 2 KEYS to the role are strong PROGRAM MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE COUPLED WITH CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION EXPERIENCE. It is a CRM System running in .Net. The key to the role is someone who has Executive presence, can deliver a project, great communicator, and has proven track record of delivering on projects that have stalled or had challenges.....this is a senior level role and needs to be someone who they can feel confident will be able to make it all happen! This is the highest visibility project they have done at the company and some of the challenges were around understanding the cost of custom development, total cost of ownership, and what it takes to deliver such a big project. The right person will be able to get into the weeds as there is a lot going on and this is a relatively small team. The right person will need to be able to work in a high pressure environment, have solid PM skills, strong Executive presence, manage up and down. They will be interacting with EVP, SVP, etc.. They are open to someone working 3 days a week from the Boston office and the other 2 days from home. It's a true PM with SDLC..ideally with .Net background/ environment.
