IT Business Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 6 months Contract *Interview: Phone and Onsite Interview*
BA/QA resources in the Atlanta office to help with our SDDC Automation team. They will work with our various TS and TRSM teams to gather requirements for our Automation developers. They will also do quality assurance on the automation items that are developed. Ideal Candidate ? 5+ years working within a BA/QA capacity ? Extensive experience gathering technical requirements ? Experience creating documentation for SDLC (Test, Requirements, Design) As the IT Business Analyst, you will work with our IT Architect team. You will be responsible for gathering, eliciting, documenting, and communicating business requirements in clear, detailed user stories. Additionally, through Quality Assurance test processing, you must ensure that IT solutions are developed and implemented to satisfy business requirements. Supports design, build and test phases for enhancements and projects. ? Conducts and leads work sessions and interviews with business stakeholders and IT development staff to gather the appropriate information required for detailing requirements and approach. ? Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of systems and industry requirements; considers application of technology to both current and future environment. ? QA - Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance. ?Supports requirements gathering and documentation for small to extra-large scope tasks. In addition, is able to direct and participate in system acceptance testing where necessary that ensures requirements are met. ?Develops or modifies as well as leads others through the processes to analyze and resolve complex business issues, considering computer capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results; includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of business requirements, and translation of business requirements into functional requirements. ?Competent to work at a high technical level for most phases of IT projects; considers the broader business implications of proposed business and IT solutions to current and future business needs. ?Uses comparative analysis techniques to evaluate and recommend overall IT solutions for client/organization. Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups and peers on process improvement projects designed to improve business and IT results.
