TOP SKILLS NEEDED: 1. 3-5 years of previous "lead" BA capacity 2. End to end program experience...take project/program from start to finish over long period of time....drive project 3. Ability to manage Global teams (Chicago/London), see big picture and articulate project vision/plans Additional Skills and “nice to haves:” Communication skills are key. They are the lead BA and must be able to engage multiple stakeholders and clearly communicate/articulate status, strategy, plans. Drive project activities with business team - including preparation and execution of user acceptance testing, and deployment.
