*PERSON SPECIFICATIONS*:
*Technical*
· At least 5-8 years experience in managing enterprise level Backup
solutions
· At least 5 years of experience in Backup Administration
· At least 3+ years of EMC Legato Networker 7.X
· At least 3+ years of EMC Avamar backup, recovery and data
deduplication administration
· Strong experience in Enterprise Tape libraries/ FalconStor backup
product knowledge an asset.
· Exposure to RDBMS backup concepts and application backups and
recovery will be a plus.
· Strong experience in server operating systems knowledge (Windows
2003, 2008 and UNIX platforms especially Solaris)
· Strong technical knowledge in Backup methodologies, design, and
implementation
· Strong working knowledge of DAS, NAS, and SAN technologies and
Cisco Fabric Manager Administration and Sancscreen
· Strong experience in Complex backup scheduling integrated with
Control-M or other job schedules
· With excellent communication skills & presentation skills
· Preferably from BFSI background
