*Please send resume to **s...@cncconsulting.com <s...@cncconsulting.com>* Job Title: Data/Business Analyst Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 4 Months Direct Client Position Client: State of WA Client: 2 references Scope of Work The resource selected for this work will serve as a business analyst in a multi-department data analytics and data integration project supporting DCHS and DPH. The successful candidate will need to quickly immerse themselves in these efforts and continue to provide excellent service to clients for the duration of this engagement. New projects may also begin during this assignment which the candidate will need to transition back to the County’s senior business analyst at the conclusion of this work. Work Requirements The business analyst will support the initial analysis phase of the DCHS-DPH Data Integration Project. The project will integrate client-level data that is already stored within DCHS, DPH, and the Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention (DAJD). It will build on existing tools to access the integrated data for the following business functions: (a) enabling individual client “lookup” for direct care coordination – building on DCHS’s ECLS (Extended Client Lookup System), (b) identifying high risk groups, based on flexible criteria, for system-level care coordination – building on DCHS models of using jail and behavioral health data, King County Department of Information Technology (KCIT) and (c) extracting datasets, based on flexible criteria, for analysis of population health, program evaluation and costs. Data would be made available in as timely a manner as the original datasets.
