*Job Title: SAP PP Consultant* *Location: Berea, KY* *Duration: 12 Months contract* *Work Status: EAD/GC/US Citizen* *Qualifications:* *PP Lead Consultant:* · 10+ years of overall SAP experience with multiple SAP roll-outs leveraging existing templates/SAP best Practices. · Should be conversant with Discrete and High Tech Manufacturing practices. · Must have hands on knowledge of SAP’s Variant Configuration and detailed knowledge of SAP Production Planning and Execution and Quality Management. Hands on experience in configuration of Production execution, Planning, MRP, Quality Management, BoM, Routers etc. · Fluent in English writing and verbal communication. · Should be able to conduct Blueprint workshops and create prototype scenarios · Knowledge of Shop Floor system/processes and/or Product costing a plus. · Responsible for the deliverables in PP/QM of the project throughout Blueprint, Realization, Cutover and Support phases · Must have knowledge of test planning and execution, cutover planning and execution · Experience with leading a team across different process areas, geographies, work forces and technical expertise. · Coordination with Project team stakeholders - Business / Data Owners, SAP Functional teams, SAP ABAP / Basis teams, ETL teams, Legacy data team etc. *Job Level Specific Duties:* · Instructs, directs, and checks the work of other team members. · Creates Blueprints, Functional specifications, Test Scripts and clarifies solutions to the Business and Developers · Conducts blueprint workshops and design prototypes to explain solution · Guides, motivates and directs team members to complete the tasks on time · Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance. · Creates business process flow charts for customer and technical review · Reviews deliverables for quality and accuracy · Builds relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are being met. · Has advanced functional knowledge of area of responsibility. · Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. · Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
