Role: IT Help Desk/ Desktop Location: Sunnyvale, CA Duration: 6+ months contract (Strictly no OPTs.) *Job Description : * Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. May require an associate's degree and 3-5 years of experience. Additional Job Details - Ability to provide IT support for internal users over the phone - Proficient in providing Windows and Mac technical support.
