6 Months Contract Out of town H1B layers ok phone interview They are looking for a BA with some content management experience. *Description of Work to Be Performed:* - Lead the analysis and development of Business Requirements Document (BRD) to capture the current state and future state from the end user’s perspective. - Plan and facilitate sessions with business partners to elicit user requirements/stories. Develop, validate and secure acceptance of business requirements documents. - Develop Requirements Traceability Matrix to track requirements through delivery. - Lead efforts within and across departments to document and evaluate business processes. - Work with subject matter experts to create business process models and information models, such as use cases, data flow diagrams, and entity relations diagrams. - Create, execute, and/or oversee user acceptance test plans to insure the accuracy, integrity and usability of applications. - Work with business teams to develop training strategies and materials; provide support during implementation. - Work with business teams and IT liaisons to ensure optimal solution integration. - Create and execute effective communications plans. - Work with business teams to create support materials. - Participate in mapping business requirements to FileNet product capabilities and identify gaps. *Required / Preferred Skill Set:* - A minimum of *7 years of experience as a Business Analyst* - Ability to develop core business analysis deliverables outlined above - Exceptional verbal and written communication skill - Familiarity with both *Agile and Waterfall* methodologies. - Experience with implementing FileNet P8 *or any other Enterprise Content Management system preferred.* *Business Need:* BA professional services are needed to implement IBM FileNet P8 suite of products.
