*Title:- Service Now Business Analyst.* *Location:- ANN ARBOR, MI area* *Long-term contract.* *Phone then F2F* *SUMMARY:* *The Business Analyst works with stakeholders from all business units and related third parties to define and document business process and software requirements for technology initiatives including in-store point of sale systems, above store menu management systems, and online web reporting systems. The Business Analyst is responsible for communication and collaboration between the business and I.T.* *GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES* · Accountable for the functional design of software development projects. · Leads the collaboration with business customers to identify requirements, communicate the business vision, documents risks and assumptions, develop the solution scope, and estimates cost and timings. · Decompose, refine, and document requirements using appropriate graphical & textual techniques, including use cases, diagrams, process models, wireframes, functional and technical specifications. · Translates user requirements into specifications, and business use cases. · Participates in architecting the logical design of the system with the technical team, including screen design and specifications, data modeling, and documentation of logical processing flows. · *Participate in QA process.* · Works closely with the Project Managers for overall coordination of project activities. · *Communicate new requests received from the client to the project leadership teams.* · *Facilitate working sessions to drive and define new requirements or changes.* · *Develop business relationships with key representatives from Domino’s corporate, franchise and international organizations.* · *Solicit feedback on design, functionality, and priority of new features from business representatives.* *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS* · *At least 5 years’ experience as a BA on the ServiceNow platform with experience in at least the following modules: Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge* · *At least five years of experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development and data modeling.* · *Experience in at least two large scale ServiceNow implementations* · *Demonstrated understanding and experience using Agile methodology* · *Superior oral and written communications skills.* · *Proven experience designing and executing User Acceptance Testing * · *Proven experience designing and executing End User Training* · *Demonstrated experience working with and a deep understanding of CMDB* · *Ability to create systematic and manual operations procedures in both technical and user-friendly language.* · *Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.* · *Strong active listening skills.* · *Excellent organization and management skills. * · *Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams.* · *Ability to multitask on a variety of projects.* · *Self-starter.* · *Experience in Helsinki a plus* · *Experience with implementing ServiceNow Mobile a plus* · *Experience with the HR Module a plus* · *Experience with systems integration a plus* [image: logo] *Rohit Bhasin |* lead Recruiter | Apetan Consulting LLC Tel: 201-620-9700* |121| Fax:2015266869 | *Mail *: 72 van reipen ave pmb#255, Jersey City, NJ 07306| *Corp.
