This will include: A brief conversational pre-screen An hour long pair-programming evaluation prep session with Deloitte resources An hour long pair programming full screen conducted by the target partner company A full-day, on-site pair programming evaluation A candidate will have to pass all four screens in order to be offered the position. At that point, the candidate will undergo extensive training for the position prior to deployment. Need is ASAP. *REQUIRED SKILLS: * Work location in Dearborn, MI 5 years programming experience Strong knowledge of Java Must possess a deep understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, software refactoring, and general programming skills Eagerness to learn new tools and development platforms.
