*We have an urgent opening for and I have sent you a job description please go through it and let me know if you are comfortable with it and also send me your consultant's updated. * *Title: Sr. Adoption Lead/ Change Manager Location: Northern NJ Duration: 6+ months: * *Primary Purpose and Goal:* · *This position operates within the Business Enablement Services Adoption team. * · *A team focused on global implementation and change management of client International products and services being delivered to our member firms for both internal adoption and client delivery. * · *The Associate Director Adoption Services will play the role of a Senior Adoption Lead.* · *This is a senior management position who will partner with Business Enablement Leads and Portfolio Managers to lead internal client engagement, business development planning. * · *The Senior Adoption Lead will provide team leadership in the overall development and delivery of adoption programs that will enable the business with successful delivery of client product and service implementation programs.* · *The role will be assigned to manage our relationship with one or more functional teams to maintain visibility and engagement with their development programs.* · *You will provide strategic advice regarding global implementation and change management during the planning phases of each project.* · *As projects are formalized, you will lead the assessment, planning, development and delivery of the adoption package that will enable the launch, implementation, onboarding and user adoption of the new service or product.* · *Areas of focus for Adoption include product and product team readiness, business change impact assessment, campaign and communications development, business process and organizational change management, deployment strategy, member firm business and technical readiness, adoption package development, adoption support planning, and user training.* *Responsibilities:* *As a member of the organization, the Senior Adoption Lead will:* · *Foster relationships with internal client teams at multiple levels.* · *Manage expectations of adoption service delivery.* · *Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the internal client's functional area.* · *Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Develop and maintain long-term internal client relationships and networks* · *Demonstrate solid business and political acumen.* · *Demonstrate in-depth subject matter capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new information and ideas.* · *Understand the overall business implementation program and the fundamental solution being developed/deployed, including its business value, blueprint, how it fits with the overall architecture or business operations.* · *Consistently deliver quality services. Partner with project management to drive high-quality deliverables within expected timeframes and on budget.* · *Develop and deliver executive presentations for stakeholder communications to provide updates on adoption program strategy, approach and progress.* · *Develop and deliver implementation guidance and adoption materials for consumers of new product and service* · *Effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams which may include: business product owners, business users, technology developers ‐ both in-house and external suppliers, and executive stakeholders with diverse skills and backgrounds.* · *Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members.* · *Play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior Adoption team members within the organization.* *Skills:* * Business Enablement:* · *Analyze and understand how the product will change local (member firm) businesses and/or IT; develop change programs to manage the impact to business processes and end users* · *Manage the development of member firm implementation and adoption guidance and tools, delivered in the form of a product Toolkit* · *Collaborate with Regional teams (Business and IT) to gain member firm commitments to product adoption.* *Organizational Change Management:* · *Develop country specific strategies to transform the countries from their current state to their future, post product implementation state* · *Define means for gap analysis between current organizational structures and 'to be' structures post product implementation;* · *Define and create plans for countries to communicate role changes, organizational changes within their firms* · *Define long term required governance structures within countries to ensure ongoing success as well as the change programs to facilitate these changes* *Communications:* · *Collaboration with Communication teams to develop communication plans for the overall program* · *Develop comprehensive adoption campaign, including the planning and execution of campaign events to country leadership groups* · *Develop integrated communication plans for country communications teams* *Training:* · *Engage with the adoption training team in assessment and earlier design of global training products, including training platform and baseline materials.* *Implementation Coordination and Adoption Measurement:* · *Work with business and program team to develop member firm implementation strategy* · *Manage implementation and adoption with early adopter firms and integrate lessons learned into final implementation process* · *Deliver on the implementation plan and coordinate full global rollouts* · *Monitor and report on member firm implementation and end user adoption progress and metrics* *Education:* · *Background working on large-scale international implementation of projects (Business and IT) 7-10 Years* · *Experience with organizational change management or transformation management* · *Experience in developing implementation strategies and roadmaps* · *Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new information* · *The ability to manage multiple processes and projects at once.* · *Experience managing and working with a globally distributed team* · *Ability to lead and manage a high performing team of multi-faceted roles* · *Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence, be charismatic and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in a diverse environment* · *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
