This is a Human Capital Management project. Workday experience is a BIG +. PM HR experience is required. Responsible for guiding the team, project management methodology, managing the implementation vendor, create project plans, status reports, risk management, will meet and interface with the Steering Committee. Waterfall with some Agile. PMP certification a + Define project objectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to structure a project or activity. Plan, schedule, and control project activities to fulfill objectives and satisfy project requirements. Develop and drive integrated project plans, aligning project tactics with project strategy. Interview process; 2 phone screens, on-site panel General Comments This PM will work with the HR Business Team. They are not used to doing projects, so it has to be someone that will be effective in that situation. Management style is very important on this project. Candidates will be asked how they deal with difficult situations such as missing project milestones.
