There is flexibility in rate for the right candidate. * · *Candidates in Florida are a huge plus.* · *Responsible for working collaboratively with PMO project managers and department managers across BankUnited divisions to implement projects / programs that help meet financial revenue, operating efficiency and strategic goals, as well as regulatory requirements. * · *Performs business needs analysis, documents and manages requirements, maps process flows, and facilitates issue resolution. Coordinates test plans to meet project requirements and helps drive user acceptance testing to produce quality deliverables. * · *The Project Business Analyst acts as a liaison between IT and the business on assigned projects and works closely with the project manager to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
