*Title:- Project Manager/Fiserv ACH*

*Location - Miami, FL*

·         *I need a strong Financial IT Project Manager who has very good
experience working with FISERV’s ACH (Automated Clearing House) platform.*

·         *They must have ACH/Electronic Payment experience and Fiserv
experience. *

·         *This is a financial environment and communication skills are
important. *

·         *Phone interview and SKPYE to hire. There is flexibility in rate
for the right candidate. *

·         *Candidates in Florida are a huge plus.*

·         *Responsible for working collaboratively with PMO project
managers and department managers across BankUnited divisions to implement
projects / programs that help meet financial revenue, operating efficiency
and strategic goals, as well as regulatory requirements. *

·         *Performs business needs analysis, documents and manages
requirements, maps process flows, and facilitates issue resolution.
Coordinates test plans to meet project requirements and helps drive user
acceptance testing to produce quality deliverables. *

·         *The Project Business Analyst acts as a liaison between IT and
the business on assigned projects and works closely with the project
manager to keep stakeholders informed of progress.  Specifically this
position will work with commercial lending (loan origination and loan
servicing), leasing (lease origination and lease servicing, and credit risk
management projects.  *

·         *The analyst may need to assist with several vendors such as
Experian, Moody’s, and LeaseTeam as required. *

·         *This position will work closely with the implementation team to
produce auditable project artifacts, coordinate issues resolution, and
design and coordinate testing for the assigned projects.  *



*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *

*• Provide both strategic and detailed support to the Project Manager on
significant projects and initiatives.*

*• Responsible for working with various business units to analyze and
define functional, process, and technical requirements to develop the
service/product that meets the strategic needs of the Business Unit.*

*• Proactively collaborates with the business to identify potential process
improvements and enhancements that increase efficiencies and decrease
costs. *

*• Translate business needs into design documents and specifications;
document current state and future state process workflows*

*• Work with vendors on configuring third party solutions to meet the
process needs of the Business Unit. *

*• Defines and documents the test plan and coordinates user acceptance
testing to help ensure delivery of a quality solution. *

*• Applies knowledge of the BankUnited PMO process to enhance PMO
methodology, tools, and templates for continuous improvement of best
practices*



*QUALIFICATIONS:*

·         *Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. *

·         *3-5 years of experience in retail/commercial banking project
implementations. *

·         *5+ years business analyst experience*

·         *Six Sigma background a plus*

·         *Knowledge of and experience on BankUnited core banking systems
preferred*

·         *Experience with BankUnited’s project implementation and testing
process preferred*

·         *PMP and/or IIBA certification strongly preferred. *

·         *Experience in requirements gathering & facilitation sessions *

·         *Experience with vendor management*

·         *Demonstrates understanding of banking regulations*

·         *Demonstrates critical thinking, problem solving and independent
execution skills *

·         *Demonstrates ability to grasp new concepts quickly*

·         *Demonstrates facilitation, collaboration and relationship
management skills. *

·         *Strong skills in MS Office Visio and workflow or data flow
diagramming tools. *

·         *QA Testing experience, ability to design and execute test
scripts*

·         *Excellent verbal and written communication skills*

·         *Knowledge of IT integration and system requirements*

·         *Residential Lending experience preferred*

·         *Commercial Lending experience preferred in any of the following
areas:*

*ACH         *

·         *Loan origination solutions implementation experience*

·         *Portfolio risk analysis solutions implementation experience*

·         *Financial spreading solutions implementation experience *
