* Location: Seattle or Redmond, WA Duration: Long term contract* Top 3 must-have hard skills Level of experience with each Stack-ranked by importance *If candidate is IT and engineering heavy and doesn’t have displayed Business PM and Search Advertising experience with Bing, they will not be the right fit for this request*. Experienced Business PM with Search Advertising or Search Experience preferably with Bing Experience. Must have experience and understanding on how to communicate with Sales, Marketing and Engineering field teams. Operations support for processes Marketing Advertising experience speaking language to sales on process for selling, clear with advertisers and that that contractors can speak some of their language to be engaging. Will have some communication with Engineering Field team who work with product group that works with Bing ads and internal tools that field uses to track business. Experience communicating across filed teams and executives. Experience in previous roles/assignments requiring minimal guidance and being able to run with conception of project to execution to completion. Experience building out milestones and Program. Experience dealing with huge growth within team and ambiguity. Looking for more of a strong PM that has search advertising experience.
