*Please send resume to **s...@cncconsulting.com <s...@cncconsulting.com>* Job Title: SOA Consultant Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 18 Months Direct Client Position Client: State of WA Note: Need 2 references in order to submit The SOA Consultant’s role will be an integral part of the development of the SOA environment with the ability to perform technical tasks, coaching and mentoring of KCIT personnel in best practices in a government environment. This effort will include technical assessments, creating policy, governance and process documents, validating the work of KCIT personnel, along with providing technical knowledge to team members. The project is divided into two phases – the first phase will focus on assessing the current SOA / services environment and developing draft policies, guidelines and governance. Phase II will focus on completing the draft documents, gaining acceptance of the documents, and standing up the governance processes. Work Requirements Requirements for this position will be applicable to both Phases.
