Need to have excellent communication skills

--Required Skills--
1. Strong senior QA application and system testing experience
- including testing automation for regression testing
2. QALoad and/or LISA and testing experience for the performance testers
3. TestPartner experience for the automated testers
4. Ability to create test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
5. Methodical research skills
6. Independent, Self-starter with good work ethic
7. Accuracy is important
8. Team player who works well with others
9. Excellent communication & documentation skills
10. Quick Learner
11. Strong analytical skills 12. Ability to mentor others

1. Recording and tracking defects
2. Insurance background a plus
