The resources will investigate what is in the current landscape, gather the requirements during the blueprint/gap sessions with the customer, document additional requirements, build the configuration with documentation, design and write the unit test scripts, work the client team on user and integration testing. These resources need to have excellent communication skills, solid writing skills for documentation, strong team player and the ability to take their area of expertise and run with it.
