Location – Harrisburg PA Duration – 3-6 months
Activities shall include: * Ensure that project activities are completed on time according to the Project Plan that was created and approved by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). * Assist the EBT Project Manager in documenting the functional requirements for enhancing WIC EBT capabilities. * Research the current usage of the PA-WIC systems to identify if the applications meet the needs of the users. * Evaluate WIC systems to determine where changes will need to be completed in support of EBT. * Perform a capacity planning study on the current system to include application, hardware, and network. Complete capacity planning documentation required by the USDA for new systems development. * Create the General Systems Design document for technical changes required for a WIC EBT implementation. * Perform a gap analysis between current PA-WIC systems and USDA Functional Requirements Document (FReD) guidelines. Define what changes are needed to the system to become compliant with USDA FReD. * Ensure all findings are documented.
