Maximo preferred - Ability to utilize Microsoft tools: ie: excel, visio, powerpoint - Ability to track issues and provide triage from both a business and technical point of view - Ability to utilize, update, modify sharepoint - Ability to track schedule adherence and provide analysis - Ability to compile and distribute reports utilizing Microsoft tools. - Provide support to the GASO team in the form of the following: - Learn the Maximo and interfacing applications under direction of GASO to aid in user problem resolution. - Work with business clients to understand and resolved issues. - Track UAT schedule and issues providing daily reports. - Analyze Defects for duplication and aid in prioritization. - Update sharepoint as required with issues, scheduling other materials. - Distribute reports as needed to communicate status. - Validate, create, update training materials for end-users. Primary Location is Calvert Cliffs, Lusby MD and some travel to NY as well as possible work from Baltimore.
