Client: Banking Banking experience must. Looking for Peoplesoft techno-functional business analyst, supporting the implementation of Taleo ATS (applicant tracking system) including the interface of new hires to PeopleSoft Key tasks will include various project administration tasks, testing, and user documentation. Required: . Experience with process documentation and analysis . Extensive experience with process re-engineering . Project management experience . User acceptance testing experience . Experience with ATS implementations, specifically Taleo . Must have strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills . Strong PC skills including MS Project and Visio Preferred: .
