Systems Analyst (Lead ) *A technical resource is co-responsible for the overall design and the overall quality and pace of design and development within the release. The skill set of this analyst should match the technology of the release. * * * *The Lead Technical Analyst is responsible for the following documents and coordination of the task completion.* * * *· SME on technical design, software development methodology, and quality processes* *· Responsible for coordination of design plans to make a coherent timeline for the project. * *· Responsible for the implementation of procedures and processes from the Tech Guide for Design and Development* *· Coordination for tool suite issues, defects, and upgrades for the members within the part or iteration* *· Coordination with Test and Infrastructure teams* *· Cross release coordination, issue, risk, and dependency tracking for technical issues* *· Technical content quality and technical issues, risk and technical defect coordination.* *· Lead on technical solutions for supportability and maintainability* *· Works closely with the HLD, the System/Data Designers, and the Development Leads* * * *If given the task to lead a team of people at offshore as a onsite coordinator, he has to assume the responsibility as onsite escalation point for all activities, issues, risks, and work efforts associated with offshore development.* * * *Specialized Skill set (Must have one or more of below):* *1. Adobe Flex * *2. JSF* *3. WebSphere Portal Server* * * *General Skillset:* *· Expert in Core Java/J2EE. * *· UI experience implementing with JSP, servlet and Javascript * *· Developed projects using at least one of the framework such as spring, Struts.* *· Expert in Core J2EE Patterns. * *· Working knowledge in Life Cycle Tool Suite (RSA 7.0.0.6, or RAD, ClearCase, ClearQuest)* * * *AND skilled in* *· Server set-up (database connections, JNDI names and such.)
