We are currently looking for an experienced ColdFusion Developer for a long
term contract in Chicago
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain all technology solutions in ColdFusion for training
delivery while adhering to company standards and protocol
Apply industry trends in application development
Application Development using ColdFusion and Support of existing applications
Develop and maintain regular library of content tools
Interact with all levels of management in all lines of business
Skill Requirements:
· ColdFusion
· XML
· SQL Server or MySQL
· Flash (desired)
Requirement (2):
Position : Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Madison, WI
Duration : Long-term
Rate: $40 /hr on C2C
No of opening: 2
Insurance experience preferable U.S. Citizenship is required
Analysts (see attached Quality Assurance Analyst job description)
Estimated amount of openings: 2
Estimated duration of engagement: 3 months with extension reviews U.S.
Citizenship is required
We will be looking for candidates with previous contracting experience
and at least mid-level skills in all of the following:
1. HP Load Runner
2. HP Quick Test Pro
3. HTTP
4. HTML
A preferred candidate will have installation/configuration experience
with both Load Runner and Quick Test Pro,
Be a team leader, and understand WS-SECURITY.
Additional requirements and instructions to consider when screening
candidates:
Must agree to work on-site in Madison, Wisconsin a minimum of four (4)
days per week, and follow the Holiday schedule.
What Is Done On This Job
Leadership
*Analyze, prepare and review coding and/or testing specifications for
request for service (RFS).
*Provide project management for QA-related projects.
- Coordinate all testing phases of project with all related
departments.
- Lead assigned project testing efforts.
- Review and assign work to other staff members.
*Support the business marketing, promotional and business intelligence
efforts.
*Help business units deploy and practice appropriate QA processes and
procedures.
*Contribute to the development of QA processes, practices and templates.
Training/Mentoring
*Coordinate program/system client training.
*Mentor new and junior staff in proper testing techniques.
*Through continued education, increased level of technical, business, and
project management knowledge to support quality implementations of client
business unit requirements.
Vendor Relations
*Analyze, recommend, and propose vendor QA-related software solutions to
meet business needs
*Take an active leadership role in the installation of approved/purchased
vendor QA software.
Project Delivery
*Contribute in the definition of project QA and performance requirements.
*Provide project estimates for QA efforts.
*Ensure applications run appropriately under a variety of environments
and testing conditions.
*Test homegrown applications as well as purchased solutions.
*Plan, define, write, review and execute test plans.
*Analyze test results to identify problem areas and to facilitate
corrective actions.
*Create and maintain test cases, scripts procedures and data.
*Perform functional, regression, load and stress testing.
*Coordinating user acceptance testing.
*Perform and/or direct the execution of test scripts and quality control
functions.
*Create and maintain QA-related documentation.
*Utilize appropriate tools to automate the testing efforts.
*Report information necessary for administration and project development
functions.
*Communicate testing issues to technical project lead for resolution.
*Provide adequate information for developers to solve issues encountered.
*Define and help assign level of severity to issues.
*Help to establish risk-assessments on projects.
*Participate in the approval process of software builds, deployments,
installations, and promotions.
Other
*Ensure the protection of company hardware, software, information and
data by complying with corporate security policies.
Requirement (3):
Position : ETL Developer/Analyst
Location: Madison , WI
Duration : 6 Months Contract to Hire
The is a high priority for us - it is a new client and we would like to get in
the door.
Please only present only good candidates with good communication skills.
We are looking for an ETL Developer/Analyst experienced in using Pervasive
Data Integrator (formerly Data Junction) and Crystal Reports.
I need someone with good communication skills.
Ideally this would be a contract to hire position, but they will consider
contract only candidates.
(Perm salary if hired - could be in the low 70s depending on experience)
