Should possess high *end consulting skills which ideally involve interaction with key business functions and proposing best business solutions* ** 3. domain experience on finance implementation in retail chain of industry is most preferable 4. Communication should be very fluent, clear and concise 5. Worked with big size teams and should have effectively coordinated with technical consultants and guided them while building the custom component to meet the business needs 6.
