Resolve issues through level 3 in server, operating systems or other software under the control of the Distributed Systems management team Provide guidance to junior infrastructure analysts and follows guidance and direction from Lead and senior Required: Must have experience with administration on Solaris 10 will include tasks like but not limited to installing servers, configuring servers, managing servers. . Must have administration experience on NFS, NIS, and DNS. . Must have experience with Patch management in Solaris 10. . Working knowledge on Redhat Linux is necessary. . Must have experience in Solaris containers and zones and . Knowledge in LDOMs can be optional but nice to have. . Must have knowledge in SUN volume manager. . Working knowledge in SUN clusters but can be optional . Working knowledge in ZFS file systems but optional. . Experience in automation process like setting up cron jobs. . Knowledge in SSH, Samba, concepts of network protocols like TCP/IP, SNMP etc. . Should have worked with both SPARC and X86 based SUN servers. . Knowledge in VMware will be good to have but not required.
